Thank you for taking the time to visit Pet food Today. Our online store, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, aims to provide our customers with a convenient and professional online experience.
We aim to keep both our customers and their pets happy and satisfied.
Currently, our online store only caters for Australian customers. For overseas interests, please email with your request, and we will do what we can to accommodate.

Register for free to shop by completing all the information we will require to process your order.
Log on to shop
Once registered please enter your username and password to log on. This will enable you to add products to the shopping cart, and place orders.
Shopping
Once logged in you are welcome to browse the categories or search for your products of choice. You simply fill out the quantities and click the “Add to Cart” button. Your choice will be added to your shopping cart, where you will have the option to check and edit your order before submitting it to us for processing.
Check your order
In the top right of the site, as well as in the left menu bar, you will notice “See Cart” links. Click on them to display your shopping cart’s content. You have the option to remove items and change quantities selected. To remove items simply click on the recycle bin icon next to the relevant product. To update quantities simply change the value indicated and click the refresh icon.
Check out/Place your order
Once you have completed your shopping and made your selections, simply click the “Show Cart” link and you will see below your order a “Checkout” link. Postage cost
Our system will calculate the correct postage and give you a total cost. Confirm your details, add special comment if need be, and place your order.
How to pay
Once we receive your order we will ensure your goods are despatched once payment has been received. If you have chosen the Paypal option, payment is usually immediate, and we can generally process your order for despatch within 24 hours. If you have chosen the Electronic Funds Transfer option, we will contact you with our bank details when we receive your order, and goods will be despatched within 24 hours of the funds clearing in our account.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery may take up to 7 days from confirmation of payment, but is usually less. Please allow up to 7 days from payment date before emailing, as we will only ship after funds have cleared in our account.
